Since the end of 1992, The Package Travel Regulations have given UK holiday makers the right to pursue a claim against their own tour operator and best of all the claim can be pursued in this country. In general terms the Regulations will apply if you paid a single inclusive price to a Tour Operator for your flights, transfers and your accommodation.

Winter ski equipment, jet skis, banana boats, wind surfers have all caused serious accidents. If these are not arranged as part of your initial package you cannot blame the tour operator.
